pop a squat
in that first 20 minutes of shooting I always tell my clients or who ever i'm shooting, "im just testing my settings" its the warm up portion of our session. its where we get to know each other. when I look back at the very first 100 photos of a session, I always laugh because you either see the uncomfortableness or you see that the session is about to be fucking killer!
In a photography group that I'm apart of (LLF), a sweet person named Lindsey commented under a photo from this series and said;
I only mention that, to say this.. In any aspect of art, its about searching for that storyline. Its creating ideas in other peoples minds that may have not been there before. when I think about MY art and what I want to create, it's a visual story. Plotting that secret plan or scheme to accomplish a purpose of emotion in photograph form. I hope you enjoy this series and I hope you find inspiration here.
